Earlier, Nostos and Nostos Focus are launching soon. If you are testing a pre-release build, need help with a product, or have a privacy or security question, contact Chimp Brands directly.

Earlier

For help with your sleep plan, alarms, reminders, subscription access or deleting local Earlier data, email support@chimpbrands.com.

Include the device model, iOS version and a brief description of what happened. Please do not send private sleep notes, payment-card details or account passwords.

Nostos

For help with your library, documents, exports, backups, linked folders or iCloud behaviour, email support@chimpbrands.com.

Tell us your device, operating-system version and Nostos version. Send a document or backup only if we specifically ask and you are comfortable sharing its contents.

Nostos Focus

For questions about a development build of Nostos Focus, email support@chimpbrands.com.
