By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information.

2. Website information and availability

The site provides general information about Chimp Brands and products in development. We take reasonable care with its content, but it may be incomplete, become out of date or contain errors. Nothing on the site is professional, medical, financial or legal advice.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice. We do not promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from faults, although we take reasonable steps to maintain it.

3. Products and launch information

Earlier, Nostos and Nostos Focus are described as “launching soon.” This indicates current development intent, not a binding commitment to release on a particular date, platform, at a particular price or with every feature described. Product names, features, compatibility, availability and commercial terms may change before release.

Apps distributed through Apple may be licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless separate app-specific terms are provided. Any app licence, subscription terms, App Store terms or service terms presented at distribution apply separately. These website terms do not replace or amend them.

Earlier wellbeing information

Earlier is intended as a general wellbeing tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, prevent or treat insomnia or another health condition. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional about a health concern or before making a significant change that may be unsuitable for you.

4. Acceptable use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not knowingly:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or another connected system;
• introduce malware, harmful code or an unreasonable technical load;
• scrape, probe or test the site in a way that disrupts it or violates another person’s rights;
• misrepresent your relationship with Chimp Brands; or
• use site content unlawfully or to infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.

This section does not prevent legitimate security research carried out lawfully and responsibly. Please report a suspected security issue privately to support@chimpbrands.com.
