During the daily review, decide what belongs in a new or existing document, what should move to tomorrow and what can stay in that day’s history. Ideas, Projects and Archive give useful work a clear next home.

Nurture ideas in their own space
Use Ideas for business concepts, product ideas, articles, travel plans, creative work or anything else that needs time to take shape. Move an idea into Projects when you are ready to act on it.
Edit files where they already live
Link a Finder folder on Mac to open and edit text and Markdown files outside the Nostos library. Tasks can live in the Daily Scratchpad or any document, with one Tasks view for what comes next.
Writing tools

Start with a clean page, then bring forward the tools that help you concentrate, make progress and keep the work safe.
- Focus on the words Open a document in a pop-out window, enter Focus Mode or switch to Typewriter Mode.
- Set a clear target Add a writing goal when a clear target would help.
- Return to earlier work Use document history to revisit previous versions and local safety backups to keep a separate copy available.
